Very minor wear to extremities with nothing close to worn through, cloth ever so slightly soiled, minor dampstain along leading edge of rear cover (but not affecting anything else), cover onlay intact and bright, color illustrations in fine condition, previous owner's signature (Fred Gaskell), else near fine. No dust jacket. The delightful color drawings by Warner Carr illustrated the well-known folksong about the courtship and marriage of a frog and a mouse. Published in the Merrymaid Series.
