In den Warenkorbxvii, 173pp [corrected version of the Report, xx, inserted (printers' note shows that this was issued on the same day as the main publication) - the final page is incorrectly paginated as x, so presumably not a good day for the typesetter] 34x21, blue paper wraps Front wrap and original version of the Report are detached, presumably deliberately when the corrected version was loosely inserted, couple of small stamps, generally good thus. The Committee made various recommendations for improving the supply and quality of housing for the working classes, including a proposal that in London rents should be set centrally. A particular concerns was the clearance of housing for major infrastructure and civil engineering projects, without replacement homes being provided.

In den Warenkorbon vellum with wax seal, 6" x 1½", no place He was the third, but eldest surviving, son and heir of Admiral Adam Duncan, 1st Viscount Duncan of Camperdown, and the former Henrietta Dundas. His father was a well known British admiral who defeated the Dutch fleet off Camperdown in what is considered one of the most significant actions in naval history. His father had been created a peer of Great Britain by George III in 1797. Duncan was an Ensign in the Coldstream Guards in 1797. He succeeded his father on 4th August 1804 as the 2nd Viscount Duncan of Camperdown and 20th Laird of Gleneagles. He was Grand Master of Scottish Freemasons from 1812 to 1814.
