Hardcover. Zustand: Fair. No Jacket. Limited Edition. Signed by Author(s)96 pages (complete). Hand-numbered 73 of a limited edition of 240 de luxe copies. Signed by James Walton, Margaret Cairns, RFM Immelman and Michael G Ryan on the copyright page. Contentedly owned and in fair, relaxed condition. Half bound in leather. Cloth boards. This book was published just after the Mill had been donated to the Cape Town Historical Society and just as they began its restoration. It is now a central historic site in the city. The covers are scuffed, a little worn and rubbed. They are sure. The leather corners and spine are lightly worn and hand-polished. The titling is assured. Inside, the front and end papers appear to be 'new'. These are marked from handling and storage. The contents have evidence of ownership and storage throughout. Nonetheless, the pages are benign, genial, dedicated, diligent, clear, neat and confident. A pleasantly clubbable book. fk. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services. signed.
