Covering the Cycladic period, on to the Mycene period onwards, you'll marvel at amazing collection of statues, vases, wall paintings (frescoes), and other artifacts on display on two levels. It's best to visit this museum after you have visited the archeological sites of Akrotiri in Santorini and of Knossos in Crete. Using finds from various excavations, this museum traces the course of prehistoric Thira from the late Neolithic to the late Cycladic I period. Excellent pages, a little edge and cover wear.
