The top edges are also a bit soiled. The contents are tight and clean, with a hobby store's sticker pasted to the bottom of the title page. A nice, tight copy. ; Laid-in are two maps - the corrected map for page 45 of O&W Points Of Interest for Pleasant Mount Station and Uniondale and a folded 17" by 19" map of the city of Scrantobn and part of the borough of Dunmore, reprinted by th O&W Railway Historical Society. The book is profusely illustrated with black and white photos, scale drawings and maps. The front cover illustration is of an "X" class Santa Fe Locomotive going over the Carbondale Viaduct and the rear cover is a map of NYO&W Railway Co. The articles in this "photo journal" are from the issues of "The Observer," volume xvii, no. 3 - 9, March to November 1984.; Black & white photos, maps, diagrams; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 128 p. pages.
