Ridotto senza cultura, reciso il cordone ombellicale che lo teneva ancora unito ad una sua " concezione particolare della vita e del mondo ", il negro veniva " finalmente " ridotto ad un essere senza spirito, senza dimensione umana, senza aspirazione di sorta e soprattutto senza alcuna creativitá, disposto in tut- to e per tutto ad assorbire quella sottocultura che il padrone andava fabbricando proprio per lui, per renderlo sempre piü schiavo, ubbidiente e per- fino riconoscente: uno zio Tom, insomma. Ed é ció che la borghesia riesce ad organizzare oggi in maniera mastodontica per tutti noi, grazie ai for- midabili mezzi di diffusione, per una sottocultura di massa, di cui dispone. Ma peggio dei padroni (che d'altra parte fanno il loro mestiere), sono tutti coloro che, revisionisti in testa, cercano di convincerci dell'inutilitá di cercare di proporre un'altra cultura, o una controcultura, di andaré a sfrugugliare le masse perché ricerchino e ritrovino una propria " creativitá ", creativitá che é il momento essenziale di una azione cultúrale che riesce ad esplicarsi solo in virtü di una grande cono- scenza della situazione e della storia che hanno determinato la condizione sociale della classe a cui si appartiene o si vuole appartenere. Senza di- menticarci mai dell'ideología rivoluzionaria e del fatto che ogni azione, soprattutto quella cultúrale, sia espressa e sviluppata, se si vuole che dia frutti completi, sempre 'í nella prassi che, nel nostro caso, significa " agire nella realtá delle lotte ", come appoggio, come sollecitazione, come agita- zione e come propaganda; nel tentativo di con- correre a creare quella opinione pubblica tenden- zialmente rivoluzionaria di cui andiamo sempre parlando nei nostri dibattiti.
