The painters included in this compilation are: El Greco, Ribera, Zurbarán, Murillo, Velásquez, Goya, Picasso, Juan Gris, José Gutiérrez Solana, Joan Miró and Salvador Dalí. The texts are accompanied by beautiful plates that masterfully reproduce the work of the aforementioned painters; these plates are printed separately and tipped-in on loaded paper. A brief biography of each of the painters is also included, as well as a bibliographical list of studies on them made by Al. Busuioceanu. Onomastic index. Tape shadow marks to the end papers where the volumes were protected in brown paper, now removed and in Very Good condition, no dust wrappers.
