Beim Saugling und beim Kind galt es zunachst, die technischen Probleme zu losen - Instrumente zu entwickeln, welche in Hinsicht auf Kaliber und Flexibilitat auch in dieser Altersklasse moglichst gefahrlos und ohne zu groBe Unannehmlichkeiten angewandt wer den konnen.
