There is ample evidence to suggest that the Air Force retains a long-standing antidoctrinal bias, at least at the basic and operational levels. This bias has resulted in an institution that places little value on the significance of doctrine.This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important, and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it.
