A very good full blue leather hardback with raised bands to spine, and gilt titles. Corners bumped, some shelf wear and discoloration to spine and rear cover which is stained. Inside, the endpapers use the same blue card as the pamphlet covers, with gilt dentelle inner edges, with some opposing offsetting. Blank free endpaper carries a label asking the book to be returned to Mr. Alexander Belch, The Shipbuilding Conference. The high quality binding has protected the pamphlets well, which are in near fine condition in themselves. Text in English. Pamphlets numbered individually.
