Sewn booklet in pictorial wraps printed in black and with images in black and white of various scenes having to do with electricity. Wear to the extremities, wrappers somewhat soiled, corners slightly rounded, spine missing, Text block slightly shaken but still pretty much altogether, all figures in fine condition, else very good And better with no internal markings. The title loosely translates as "Electricity in Social Life." Thus, all aspects of the use of electricity in Dutch life are covered in various chapters, for example electricity during the war, electricity in medicine, electric railways and the like. Date determined from the contents which refers to the war and which appears to be World War I. The way the booklet is constructed and printed it appears to be from the early 1900s. In any case this is a rare book on electricity in Holland.…
