In very good condition with good dustwrapper (DW spine darkened and chipped at ends. Some fading to edges. Not price clipped.) Cloth clean and bright. Some minor tanning and light foxing to endpapers. Neat inscription to front. Pages and plates all very clean and tight throughout. Else a very good clean and tight copy. 291pp + 32pp cat. Illustrated with 128 B&W plates (mostly 2 illustrations per plate) and over 80 B&W figures in text.
