Single issue of this sister publication to the underground newspaper Kaleidoscope that was published in Milwaukee. This would later merge with the Chicago Seed. Published in two sections, the first often contained news local to Chicago, with the second section publishing more general content. This issue with a various articles on protests, anti-Vietnam War sentiment, social justice issues, etc. Also present is a poem by Black Panther Party member Alprentice Bunchy Carter, a member of the Black Panther Party who was recently murdered; poetry from an upcoming anthology, including work by LANGUAGE poet Ron Silliman and Douglas Blazek.
