Cover with some minor darkening and faint staining to edges. Edges and corners rubbed. Pages a little tanned. Minor staining to inner edge of title and last page, and first and last couple of pages. Else a clean and tight copy. 20pp. 10 colour illustrations (including front cover plate), text pages each with illustrated border, including decorative illustrated title page, all with pink coloured details.

Original olive card covers with knotted silk cord binding and chromolitho of twins to cover. 10 full page illustrations produced by chromolithography in full colour. The sheen is still present and the pictures are still fresh and bright. All other pages decorated in pink and olive green. There is some wear to covers especially along the extremities and some very light foxing o/w a clean and sound copy.
