Published by Ernest Benn Ltd, London 1924. Brown cloth over boards with gilt lettering to spine. Very good overall. Some very minor shelfwear and bumping to cover. Small booksellers sticker to front paste down and small endpaper split at joint. Binding firm throughout. Text pages very good with occasional spotting and minor age discoloration. A beautiful book in this series by Benn. We also currently have a number of Chinese art titles in the same series for sale. "The twenty-eight water-colour drawings reproduced in this volume have been made from specimens of porcelain in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum, South Kensington, many of which have never been published before, while others have not hitherto been reproduced in colours.
