Numerous Kings and Highnesses followed, i.a. the Kings of Norway, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Denmark, Belgium and Portugal. Attending was also Archduke Franz Ferdinand, whose death caused the outbreak of the First World War a couple of years later. Even a Prince from Japan, His Imperial Highness S. Fushimi, attended. The funeral was the largest gathering of European royalty ever to take place. Very rare, we find a copy of the main booklet only at Harvard College Libary, none in British libraries.
