Bound in supple vellum. Very fine copy. The only provenance indication is a small manuscript name at the bottem of page (3) (illegable). This is an original printed copy of the peace treaty concluded at Fontainebleau between the Schwedish Empire and Denmark-Norway to end the Scanian War. This bloody war with e.g. battles at Halmstad and Lund started in May 1676. The treaty consists of 16 articles. The text is printed in French and at the opposite page in Latin. At the end is printed a separate article concerning the Duke of Schleswig Holstein Gottorp. Very fine copy.
