Exhibition catalogue signed and dated by the artist, Leia Bell, on the title page in the year of the exhibition. Thoroughly illustrated in full color. Short interview with the artist followed by a broad showcase of her work, in four sections: Paintings, Drawings, Posters, Art Prints. "Features all the paintings and drawings from the show, plus over 120 posters and art prints covering all her career including all of 2006 and 2007 so far (Richard Goodall Gallery)." A nice production. From the introduction: "Leia Bell is Salt Lake City's poster queen. She has been creating posters for her own club Kilby Court and other locations in the USA since 2000. She has also produced posters for venues in the UK and Ireland, including Rock City, Manchester Academy and Vicar Street in Dublin. Her work captures snapshots of everyday life that everyone can relate to, re-told as small scale screenprints in very limited runs of around 100 of each print.".

Painting. Original Painting in wooden frame. 16"x19" [41x48 cm] Acrylic painting. Leia Bell is an artist from Tennessee who gained notoriety for making limited-edition silk screen posters for Kilby Court in the 2000's and had a six-page spread in Paul Grushkin's The Art of Modern Rock. This one of a kind painting is great example of her cartoonish style.
