Maroon cloth boards which are a ittle `bumped' and rubbed on extremities and there is a 2cm length on bottom front edge of Volume 1 where cloth surface is torn. Internally the font hinge of Volume 2 is cracked and there is `spotting' to endpapers and some of the preliminaries to both volumes o/w the contents of both are clean with no inscriptions. V.G.
