Here for your consideration is a lovely little children s book which I was astonished to find was actually two books in one, to wit: Dolly and Molly at the Circus and Dolly and Molly and the Farmer Man by Elizabet…h Gordon with pictures by Frances Beem. This small hard cover book (5 ¼ x 6 ¾ inches, unpaginated but about 120 pages I counted) was published by Rand McNally and Company of Chicago, dated 1937. The book is very well illustrated with the charming drawings by the Artist, one every other page. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The hardcovers show some wear to be sure but nothing extreme. There has been some rubbing to the boards which may be a little faded as a result and some bumping to the corners and spine tips. Inside the book is unmarked and is clean and bright without toning or foxing of any kind. There are some faint tide-lines of a small water stain along the bottom edge which does not show up on all the pages and does not affect text or pictures. Both hinges are intact, and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
