On the last page the… 18-30 Conference is described as 'a consultative body', inaugurated in November 1946, 'established in recognition of the need to provide a forum for discussion on the interests of young citizens in the manifold activities of national life'. Henriques' paper is on pp.3-4, with pp.5-6 carrying 'some opinions of National Service by the conscripts themselves'. Copies of any issues of this magazine are extremely scarce, with the only entries on COPAC at Oxford, Cambridge, the National Library of Scotland and the British Library.
