HisPractical Amateur Astronomy seeks to encourage other serious amateurs to devote themselves to the field and includes specific chapters on astronomical recording, lunar observation, the Aurora, and radio astronomy. Full bound in the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, very excellent with just a touch of bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Wrapper is lightly age toned with a few minor handling marks to its rear and some edgewear, including a few closed tears. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are a trifle age toned, however are generally bright and clean barring a couple of small marks. Near Fine. book.
