Van der Noot. 1) Brief, in-folio, 4 pp, (met watervlekken). Leuven, 12 Mei 1787, ondertekend door 51 theologanten en seminaristen van het Algemeen seminarie binnen Leuven. De heren Dedieudonné (priester van het Arras College) en Brabant bekomen de opdracht om in Brussel een advocaat te zoeken en hem te gelasten de beledigingen aan de seminaristen aangedaan te ''erstellen''. 2) Brief, in-folio, 4 pp, één p. beschreven, (met watervlekken). Leuven, 13 Mei 1787, geadresseerd aan Vandernoodt, ondertekend door Dedieudonné. De advocaat ontvangt argumenten om zijn aanklacht i.v.m. het Seminarie-generaal te stofferen; o.a. het gedrag van een zekere Stoger (Stoegar ?). 3) Brief, in-4°, 4 pp, één p. beschreven, Leuven, 15 Mei 1787, waarschijnlijk ook geadresseerd aan Vandernoodt, ondertekend door Dedieudonné. De advocaat ontvangt nog wat informatie i.v.m. de aanklacht tegen het Seminarie-generaal. 4) Brief, in-4°, 4 pp (één beschreven), met poststempel, met sporen lakzegel, Leuven 25 juni 1787, geadresseerd aan M; Vandernoodt junior, advocaat van de heeren Staeten van Brabant; Priester Dedieudonné en Gobert vragen het document (1) terug aangezien ; ''de plus-serieuses affaires vous occupent''. 5) Copie van een akte op gezegeld papier, in-folio, 4 pp, waarvan twee beschreven, zegel van 8 S, (1788), akte opgesteld door notaris Bisschop, 22 maart 1788. De ''Coll. maj. praesis'' J.F. Vandevelde benoemt J.Bax tot procurator van het Groot Collegie en o.a. ook tot adminstrator van de Universiteitsbibliotheek. 6) Copie van een akte op gezegeld papier, in-folio, 4 pp, waarvan twee beschreven, zegel van 8 S, (1788), akte opgesteld door notaris Bisschop, 6 april 1788. J.F. Vandevelde geeft J. Bax alsook Notaris Bisschops procuratie om in rechte op te treden tegen ''feijtelijkheden of troebels'' veroorzaakt aan het Groot Collegie. 7) Copie van een akte op gezegeld papier, in-folio, 8 pp, waarvan zeven beschreven, zegel van 4 S, (1788), (tweemaal) akte opgesteld door notaris Bisschop, 14 april 1788. Verslag door J.L. Bax, P.Jansens, G. Gielen .procurator en theologanten van het Groot Collegie over het optreden van Doctor van Leempoel, dhr. Stassart, dhr. D'houck van het Ieperse Seminarie en de koninklijke commissaris De Laveilleuse. Deze heren komen Bax afzetten en D'Houck aanstellen tot nieuwe procurator. Ze eisen ''met geweld ende drijgementen'' de sleutels, en de verwijdering van Bax en de zijnen.
