Included with the script is a brief Typed Noted Signed from Newhart to a fan, enclosing the script, and an original ha…nd-addressed manila mailing envelope. The series follows a married couple from New York who move to a small town in rural Vermont to run a historic inn. In this episode, cafe owner Kirk begins dating a woman, but struggles to accept her profession as a clown. Orange titled wrappers, noted as First Draft on the front wrapper, dated October 11, 1983, and production No. 3109.
