Contains information of the various proceedings of the Supreme Council of Freemasons. In FAIR condition. Minor to moderate soiling to the covers, with heavy darkening along the extremities. Two faint vertical creases present, running the length of the booklet. Heavy wear along the extremities with many small chips and tears present. Especially worn is the rear cover fore edge. Heavy foxing and soiling to the fore edge margins of four pages within, with minor soiling and foxing otherwise scattered throughout. General darkening to the pages. Several pages unopened.
