Zustand: Fair. A process-printed form (140 × 210 mm), folded in half down the centre, with 'Identification Cards for Ex-Prisoners of War' on the front panel, and 'Indorsements' [sic] on the rear; Private Bailey's details are in pencil, the prison, place and date are stamped in red ink. The poor-quality paper is discoloured and creased where folded, with several closed tears along or near the creases; a decent copy of a fragile and ephemeral item.
