Tipped in a related memento: a 1965 invitation from Saudi Arabian Ambassador Al-Sowayel to attend a reception Sept 3, 1965 at the Saudi Arabian Embassy honoring US Ambassador Designate to Greece, Phillips Talbot. A check mark indicates the reception was attended. Such opportunities afforded the respective nations' attendees to meet and discuss mutual interests.
