Endpapers over inner hinges a little damaged when spine was rebacked. One gather (pages 227-238) slightly sprung. Lower corner of frontispiece dampstained but not affecting illustration, folding map a little foxed. Corners rather worn and general edgewear. Overall a Good Copy. Bound in full paper covered boards. Externally, sound with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Light sunning to the spine and board edges. Cracks to the joints with the rear joint becoming tender and the spine lifting slightly. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot and light scattered spotting to the first and last few pages. Light age toning to the endpapers. Good. book.
