Olive-cloth covered boards are in good to very good condition with sunning on spine, corner bends, light spine bumps and fraying, light rubbing and some stains (see photos for exact marks), but overall attractive; paper labels are toned, rubbed, and have water spots/stains. Top edge gilt, other edges hand cut, see photos. End papers and interior pages very good+ condition with no ownership marks or writing observed. Pages are clean, illustrations are stunningly vibrant, all tissue frontispieces (throughout book) observed were intact. All bindings are sturdy except for V8 is cracked at gutter, see last photo.
