For purposes of documentation bevity these have been considered as four volumes I through IV here. I-L'Organisation Militaire du Japon is a particularly rare work. II-Le Combat, Vol.III-Service d'Exploration et Service de Sûreté, Vol.IV-La Cavalerie des Ire et IIe Armées Allemandes. I-104pp, II-62pp, III-167pp, IV-266pp. I-1904, II-1887, III-1900, IV-1900. Red cloth boards, rubbed on surface and heavily so on corners and extremities. Spine has a title plate to top. Upper joint is split down its entire length, the split is frayed at the top of the spine and heavily rubbed at foot of spine. Though the spine cloth is free of the upper joint, the upper board whilst having freedom is still fully attached. The pages and text-block are still in very good condition. Whilst there is some toning to the page edges the pages are in very good condition. Marbled end papers. Previously held by the Cavalry Club's library with their bookplate to fixed end paper.
