Terebra imitatrix new species is described from northern Brazil and compared to morphologically similar species of Hastula [H. salleana, H. maryleeae and H. cinerea]. The three known terebrid feeding types are briefly reviewed. Dissection of the foregut of this new species revealed characters that overlap two of the major feeding types. Hemiphaedusa farooqi n.sp. is described from Swat District, NW Pakistan, and its relationships to other Phaedusinae from the Himalayan region is discussed. 4 pp., 2 figs, 4.

The genera Aulacospira and Pseudostreptaxis of the Philippines are revised based on the collections of the Senckenberg Forschungsinstitut und Naturmuseum (Frankfurt am Main, Germany), the Florida Museum of Natural History (USA), and recently collected material. Three new species are described: Aulacospira lens Páll-Gergely & Auffenberg, sp. n., Aulacospira krobyloides Páll-Gergely & Schilthuizen, sp. n., Pseudostreptaxis harli Páll-Gergely & Schilthuizen, sp. n. pp. 67-83, 6 figs, gr. 8.
