A two-volume presentation set, awarded to Margaret Catherine Edwards, in 1902 by Oxford University. Black leather boards with gilt stamp 'Oxford University Extension Lectures' and the Coat of Arms embossed to front board.… Marbled pastedowns and pageblock enhance these volumes, along with gilt edging to boards and five raised bands with gilt detail, title and author to spines. Very light shelf and handling wear, including minor wear to edges, light foxing to endpapers and free papers.
