Soziologie ist eine von Auguste Comte bis Ibn aldun erstreckende und von Menschen konstruierte Wissenschaft. Der Koran ist ein von Allah dem Menschen als eine für die diesseitige und jenseitige Seligkeit und als ein Wegweiser für die von Anfang bis Ende aus voller Prüfungen bestehende Reise, gesendetes, ätherisches Buch.Auch wenn es zwischen der Soziologie und dem Koran große Unterschiede gibt, existieren ebenso viele Gemeinsamkeiten zwischen ihnen. Beispielsweise beziehen sich beide auf die gleichen Bereiche, nämlich die Menschen, die Gesellschaft. Die Soziologie erforscht die Gesellschaft und die Menschen, und der Koran appelliert an den Menschen und nimmt sie als Ansprechpartner, wie im folgenden Vers; 'O Menschen!'. Während die Soziologie die diesseitigen Probleme der Menschen analysiert und Lösungen hervorbringt, rät der Koran die Menschen zur Beschaulichkeit und Harmonie für das diesseitige und jenseitige Leben an.Zusammenfassend kann gesagt werden, dass das gemeinsame Interessengebiet der Soziologie und des Korans die Menschen und die Gesellschaft sind. Der Mensch ist ein soziales Wesen und ist von Natur aus zivilisiert. Deshalb ist das Gesellschaftsleben für ihn absolut notwendig. Es ist unvermeidlich, dass der Koran Bezug auf die gesellschaftlichen Angelegenheiten nimmt und ein ideales Gesellschaftsbild darstellt, da sein Interesse und Ansprechpartner der Mensch ist.Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit befasse ich mich damit, wie der - von fast 2 Milliarden Menschen als heiliges Buch akzeptierte - Koran für die aktuellen Probleme Lösungen hervorbringt, welche soziologische Dimensionen er besitzt und welches ideale Gesellschaftsbild er darstellt. Folgende Themen werden in dieser Reihenfolge behandelt: die Beziehungen innerhalb der Familie; Harmonie und Frieden zwischen den sozialen Schichten; die gefährlichste Krankheit unserer Zeit: der Rassismus im Kontext des Korans.
