The author, Mr. Anuj Hemrom, who was still in service in 2014 till he retired in Dec 2019, was made the scapegoat by the CBI, Dhanbad in all the false recruitment cases filed by it in connivance with the Vigilance Dept. of SAIL. The author though battered and bruised by the CBI and his own employer, M/s Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL), fought back against the injustice he had to face in the organization he served for almost 33 years. He was transferred to SAIL Refractory Unit (SRU) in Jan 2013 on his promotion to the post of DGM (SRU) where he looking after the area of Safety, Business Excellence, Environment and Risk Management till his retirement in Dec 2019.
