No es en absoluto raro hallar que aquello que escribieron o dijeron se encuentra en las antípodas de lo que, al final, terminaron haciendo. Y muchas veces, aún cuando no mienta descaradamente, el político se ve obligado por las circunstancias e incluso por sus propios enemigos a actuar en contra de sus más íntimas y firmes convicciones.
