Stiff stapled wraps. Zustand: Very good. Unpaginated (approx. 36p.) Wraps stained. Booklet containing novenas, prayers, and litany to St. Ann. The devotion to St. Ann began in 1903 at the St. Ann Church in downtown St. Louis with semi-annual novenas beginning in 1926. During World War II, the novenas were especially popular with women who hoped their prayers would keep their loved ones safe. This booklet lists devotions to St. Ann occurring every Thursday after mass and the nine-day solemn novenas scheduled in July and November. (5-1/2"x3-1/4").
