Zustand: Very good. - An original 12 inches high by 7-7/8 inches wide broadside on heavy brown stock. Snee's 11-line poem, printed in black is illustrated with a 2-1/8 inch high by 3 inch wide sienna toned etching by Ann Mikolowski. The etching beautifully captures the curled defensive posture of a coyote, ears back, with piloerection of the fur and threatening to bite. There are some minor creases to the corners. Very good. RARE. WorldCat locates only 4 copies.

First Edition. First printing. Wrappered issue, one of 750 copies (there was a simultaneous issue of 100 copies signed and bound in boards). Novelist Donald McCaig's copy, with the embossed blind stamp of his library at Yucatec Farm in Highland County, Virginia. Bit of dusting to wrappers, light wear; still a Very good or better copy.

Cloth-backed paper-covered boards, spine label; narrow 4to. 40 pp. One of 100 numbered copies designed and printed by Allan Kornblum on Fabriano Ingres mouldmade paper; signed and numbered by the author and illustrator. Beautifully bound at the Black Oak Bindery in Japanese handmade stencil dyed paper. Fine copy of this short story.
