Pages can include considerable notes--in pen or highlighter--but notes cannot obscure the text. A rare copy of this little volume. The cover has split at the spine with small loss. The free end page has been removed and there are pencil marks to the rear page. There is a stain, possibly due to water damage. Gilt page edge blocks. Despite its flaws this is a wonderful book.
