With decorated initials, head- and tailpieces, some very large with nice scenery around, and with 29 other illustrations (12 coats of arms, 2 seals, 3 coins, inhabitants, etc.) partly signed by E. Sagot. - The work is divided in 5 parts. Subtitles printed in red. - Vol. I (1833): 1) Histoire du Bourbonnais (110 pp.), 2) Les Sires de Bourbon (p. 111-40=20.), 3) Les Ducs de Bourbon (p. 421-670); Vol. II (1837): 4) Les Ducs de Bourbon (suite) (284 pp.), 5) Voyage pittoresque.
