Bufano ( August 21, 1895 - San Rafael, Mendoza, Argentina. October 31, 1950). He was an Argentine poet. In 1922 he settled in the suburban town of Adrogué and his town and landscape inspired the book Poemas de province, that same year. The following year, with health problems, almost evicted, he went with his family to live in San Rafael, in the province of Mendoza. In 1926, by management of the Minister of Education of the Nation Antonio Sagarna, he was assigned some chairs - Spanish, Literature and Geography - at the Normal School of San Rafael, although he did not have a degree. From that position he was unemployed years later, and in 1947 he returned to Buenos Aires and was employed in the cultural entity Friends of the book, which was located on Florida Street. Between April and November of 1947 he organized in Spain the Exhibition of the Argentine Book, by the cities of Madrid, Barcelona, Granada and Seville and in this last one he gave a conference on the Argentine literary movement. He also toured other cities in Spain, France and Africa, which inspired him to write Next to the green estuaries and Morocco. Firmado por el autor.
