Monographie apologétique du pontificat de Léon Le Grand (440-461) face aux barbares, par le publiciste légitimiste Alexandre de Chéron (1807-1892). L'hôtel de Labenche (XVIe) à Brive-la-Gaillarde a été acheté en 1829 par l'évêque de Tulle pour y installer un petit séminaire. Ce dernier fermera en 1906 à la suite de la loi de séparation. Les locaux ont été rachetés par la ville de Brive en 1908. S'y trouve aujourd'hui le musée d'art et d'histoire. Agréable reliure exemplaire des livres de prix des années 1850. Size: 13 x 21.
