The volume contains all 1915 issues and several 1916 issues of a Russian exile weekly published by Mensheviks and Esers who sided with the Entente. The issues were numbered continuously; the issue no. 1 was published on 1 October 1914, the issue no. 53 on 28 October 1916 (as far as we know, 60 issues were published in total).
