Pages yellowed with an occasional bit of foxing, smudge, minor blemish; there are a couple of light pencil marks; a blank page at the end has a few pencil notes. Binding cracked and weak, one signature is detached, a couple of others are loosening. Owner bookplate (James Richardson).
