These theories were not only followed but many of them empirical tested and tried which finally allowed the Linguists and Psychologist to impose them, simultaneously some of them were not empirically tested (Krashen's Monitor Model) but remained in the practice due to their immense worth and importance or reliability among the linguists and educators in the cognitive set up.Lev Semyonovich Vygotsky (1896 - 1934) and Jean Piaget (1896-1980) were 20th century contemporary philosophers and psychologists, they presented their theories for the child's cognitive development, however their theories were entirely different and opposite to each other except very little agreement, they exert a tremendous influence over the schooling environment of children. These theories were not only practiced but also remained in force time to time. Seine Früchte sind reich an verschiedenen bioaktiven Molekülen, darunter Alkaloide, Kohlenhydrate, Polyphenole, Aminosäuren, Vitamine, Gerbsäure, Ellagotannin, Gallussäure, Emblicanin A & B, Ellagsäure und Flavonoide, die jeweils unterschiedliche pharmakologische Wirkungen haben. In der vorliegenden Studie wurden aus E. officinalis extrahierte Tannine verwendet, um ihre Auswirkungen auf die humorale Immunantwort und die Schutzwirkung gegen Eimeria-Infektionen bei Hühnern zu untersuchen. Die Ergebnisse zeigten eine signifikant höhere humorale Immunantwort bei Hühnern, denen aus E. officinalis gewonnene Tannine verabreicht wurden. In einem Challenge-Experiment mit Eimeria-Spezies wiesen die mit Tanninen behandelten Hühner im Vergleich zur Kontrollgruppe eine geringere durchschnittliche Anzahl an Oozysten pro Gramm Kot und mildere Läsionswerte auf. Darüber hinaus wurden bei den mit Tanninen behandelten Hühnern auch höhere tägliche Gewichtszunahmen verzeichnet. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass aus E. officinalis gewonnene Tannine ein potenzieller und wertvoller Kandidat zur Stimulierung der Immunantwort sein könnten und erfolgreich als Immuntherapeutikum gegen Kokzidiose bei industriell gehaltenen Masthühnern eingesetzt werden können. …
