Ajay's prior experience includes manufacturing site leadership roles in Georgia Pacific, Holcim, and Mississippi Phosphates in building products and chemical industries. Ajay also worked as a Chemical engineer at KRIBHCO , a large fertilizer company in India. Ajay is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Ajay is a Chemical Engineering graduate of IIT, Roorkee. Ajay also received his M.S. degree in Atmospheric Sciences from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, USA.
