These were drawn by various artists, the most famous of whom was Leslie Ward who used the 'nom de crayon' of "Spy". This portrait will come mounted/matted and ready to frame using archivist quality materials, mount size 18 x 12 inches, 47 x 31 cms. It will be presented in a cellophane wrapper with our label guaranteeing authenticity. We pack very well, between sheets of hardboard. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase a portrait of the Marquis of Ailesbury, with accompanying biographical details. George William Thomas Brudenell-Bruce, 4th Marquess of Ailesbury (8 June 1863 - 10 April 1894). The son of Lord George John Brudenell-Bruce and Lady Evelyn Mary Craven, he succeeded his grandfather as 4th Marquess on the latter's death on 18 October 1886.
