Exterior shows some soiling and spotting but only minor edge and corner wear. Small circular dent on front board. The interior binding is good though front board has a few small spots. Pages are toned due to age and some light foxing is present. Front end page has original owner signature (Katherine Cunningham). Introduction page has a second signature (Stanley von Demski). Note: there are 20-30 pages with small ticks or checkmarks done lightly in pencil. These can be easily erased if desired.

Textblock has splitting to gutter from pages 138-237, bending along head corners of pages 343-346, head edges of pages 367-374 and 375-382 are linked together, staining along tail corners of pages 438-448, staining along fore edge of pages 9-13, moderate age-toning along end-pages and pastedowns, moderate age-toning along edges, mild staining along fore edge, mild foxing along head edge, and mild wear along edges.
