Textured orange cloth binding with illustrated pastedown showing Elsa Lancaster as a chorus girl. Illustrated endpapers showing the two authors and the characters as puppets on a stage. Illustrated half-title and title. Foreword by Galsworthy. 8 additional black and white plates plus additional in-text illustrations. 125 pp. Light wear, light soiling, previous owner name to front endpaper. Very good condition.

Boards are marked and sunned, with surface colour loss to the rear. Edges, corners and spine ends are bumped and rubbed. Page block is tanned and blemished. A section of the upper edge of the FEP has been removed. Binding is sound and pages are clear. LW. Used.

Unclipped DJ somewhat soiled with loss to corners and edges. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Book.

Condition of the book is VERY GOOD; Aside from the inscription & signature unmarked & excellent, text is very clean, binding is tight.
