With three large folding plates laid in the rear of the volume. Edited by Charles Harris Whitaker. Published just after the accomplished architect's death. A few annotations in ink and regular pencil from a private owner, the former owner also underlined throughout in red pencil, and tipped in a newspaper obituary for Grosvenor Goodhue.
