The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of Emiratisation policy, the impact of the policy on skilled and unskilled labour, and the barriers to its implementation.

Dr. Saeed is a researcher and economic analyst from United Arab Emirates. He received his Masters degree in Economics in 2008 from the University of Portsmouth and his PhD in Labour Economies in 2014 from the University of Liverpool, UK.He has been honored with numerous medals, Honorary notes and badges for his distinguished career performance.
